On Sunday, September 17, Portland Japanese Garden held a special event to celebrate its 60th anniversary, and KPTV, Portland’s FOX affiliate, sent reporter Karli Olson to cover it. Olson spoke with a Garden guest from Seattle who told her, “You go downtown and then you come here and it’s just such a big difference.
